Having understood the benefits, one should also note that it isn’t a easy diet to follow. Lemon is an integral part of this diet. Detox as such occurs when you eat very little. This diet should be used only for 3 to 10 days. Any amount of days above that can prove to be unhealthy. Since this produces faster results, it can be used as a starting point for more regular traditional exercise and diet routine. Exercise and traditional diet routine should be followed for months and years.
In short you can use this diet to start your weight loss process and also lose some pounds but unless you back it up with regular exercising and sensible eating, this diet is not sustainable.
